How do I cancel an appointment?

To Cancel an Appointment:

While in Dashboard go to Appointments.

Find the Appointment on the date and time you are looking to cancel. Far right click on the white section of the appointment.

You will get to a pop-up screen with client details. Scroll down and click on the trash can.

This will bring you to another screen to confirm.  *If this client has recurring appointments you will see an option to cancel the individual appointment or all recurring appointments.

Your client will receive an email notifying them of the cancellation.
